Rake is money taken from pots on cash-tables by the poker room, or the additional buy in in sit and go or multi-table tournaments.

Rather than giving away all of your rake to the poker room, you can get a percentage of your rake back by signing up to poker rooms with "rakeback" deals.

For example if a player was paying $800 a month in rake and was part of a 25% rakeback program, then they would get back $200 (or approximately $2400 a year!!!!)
